2. Acceptance of these terms

We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Site and in the material published on it, including text, graphics, photographs, drawings, sample survey outputs, point cloud and model extracts, case studies, video, logos, trade marks and the “Survey2Plan” name and branding. These works are protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws.
You may view, download and print extracts of Site content for your own internal, non-commercial reference, provided you do not modify it and our status as author is acknowledged where appropriate. You must not:
- reproduce, republish, distribute, licence, sell or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the Site;
- use any illustrations, photographs, drawings, models or graphics separately from any accompanying text; or
- remove or alter any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notice.
Any use of Site content other than as permitted above requires our prior written consent. Breach of this clause terminates your right to use the Site immediately.
6. Online quotation tool and indicative pricing
Any price, estimate, timescale or output generated by our online quotation tool, cost calculator or similar Site feature is indicative only. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, does not constitute a quotation, and does not form a contract between us.
Indicative figures are generated automatically from the information you supply and from assumptions about site extent, access, ground conditions, level of detail and deliverable format which may prove incorrect. Actual pricing is confirmed only in a written quotation issued by us, which will be subject to our terms of business.
7. No reliance on Site content
Although we make reasonable efforts to keep Site content accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, that it is accurate, complete or current. You must not rely on Site content, and any action you take on the basis of it is at your own risk.
8. Prohibited use
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation, or that is fraudulent or has any fraudulent purpose or effect;
- transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise unlawful;

We may report any breach of this clause to the relevant law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to them, and we may withdraw your right to use the Site immediately.

Where you submit information through the Site — including enquiry forms, quotation requests, uploaded drawings, plans, site photographs or other files — you confirm that you are entitled to supply that material and that doing so does not infringe any third party’s rights or any duty of confidentiality. You grant us a licence to use that material for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and preparing any quotation. We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. We do not guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet.
10. Viruses
We do not guarantee that the Site is secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your own information technology and platform to access the Site, and you should use your own virus protection software.
11. Linking to the Site
You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal, does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, and does not suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.
