1.Architectural Modelling & Drawing Production

The point cloud data was used to develop an accurate existing-condition Revit model and a coordinated set of floor plans, elevations and sections. The Club House featured large open spaces, varying floor levels and multiple structural zones, requiring careful model coordination throughout the project.

A major challenge of the project was the varying building orientations and dynamic floor levels across the Club House complex. To ensure accuracy, the team generated multiple sectional views to capture different structural zones and guarantee consistent level coordination and spatial alignment throughout the final drawings.

2. Architectural Façade Modelling

In response to the client’s requirements, the survey also included full exterior architectural detailing. This involved documenting all façade features, from surface extrusions and ornamental elements to minor structural variations.

The point cloud data captured these details with high precision, enabling the team to model them accurately in Revit. Careful attention was given to preserving every design feature, ensuring the digital model fully reflected the as-built site conditions and maintained consistency across all deliverables.
